I haven't written on the blogspot in awhile or alot of other sites in months.
I would visit a few but not keep up my normal postings.
My mother went into the hospital back in April.
She had a surgery putting a tube in her stomach to collect blood clots.
Then she went back to the hospital 2 weeks later for darvyl colitus and
had a colonscopy done to figure out what was wrong.
She lost her nursing home bed and had to remain in the hospital for months.
To visit her at the hospital,we bought a parking pass since its cheaper that way.
Then when they released her I couldn't visit because she was contagious I was told.
Finally in August I could see her.I wanted to spread to the news
Praising the lord again she survived.
Through it all her love of the lord is still strong.
Much like Corrie Ten Boom when she got really ill
she kept steadfast in the lord.
I am so blessed to have my mother.I thank the lord daily for her.
That is one of my many abudant blessings.
On September 12th I went outside and found this neon green frog.
I just know thats a little reminder from the lord.
I made cookies two nights ago,
I had the cookbook fall on my foot graze the skin off my
foot.I had burned my finger taking something out of
the oven and still had the holy spirit within me.
I had plans to share these cookies.
I asked my son "Would you like a cookie?"
He comes back while I am still baking in the kitchen with a giraffe dancing on the counter
he could barely reach.
At first I said I will play Noahs ark in a bit.
When all the cookies were done here he comes with the giraffe and more animals
and I put the pieces together, instead of him eating the cookie.
He wanted to share.
In the midst of no matter how busy we are in our lives
Our children learn from us
and doing onto others is something we do for others when we are able
and I had to go grab the camera and snap a photo of this
beautiful memory.
This is another abundant blessing, that just keeps giving.
One Noahs ark animal at a time.
Love one another.......
Yesterday,Fred mowed the back part of the yard(the hill)
and I did the front and kept on mowing into the neighbors yard.
This isn't the first time I have done this.I normally mow her yard on holidays
like Mother's Day,Father's Day etc.
She told me thank you in spanish and I just said "Dios Te Ama".
Then I went into kitchen got some paper plates, filled them with cookies.
I handed out 5 plates of cookies and few slices of banana bread.
This is another abundant blessing that I was able to have enough to
go around to share.Thank you lord for providing once again.
Yesterday before I mowed the lawn,I took some beautiful photos of a butterfly in the yard.I will upload them soon.It was another beautiful reminder of the lords love is everywhere. We just have to pay attention to the little things around us.
I hope and pray you all are well
